Thanks to @sonofabear for being my assistant and photographer 😘Menu: CROQUETAS BRAVAS  Potato croquette, Spicy tomato sauce,  shoestring carrot fries, Garlic aioli, herb sauce SAVORY TART  Gourmet mushroom blend,  Plant-based feta,  Spinach, Balsamic reduction,  Microgreens CHOCOLATE MINICAKE  Chocolate cake, Chocolate meringue buttercream, Raspberry coulis, Chocolate shavings, Pizzelle

I made 2 types of gluten free fougasse- one stuffed with roasted red pepper and one with ricotta, spinach, and @violife_foods mozzarella. (My partner is gluten free). Then some lovely @treeline_cheese, @wholefoods chocolate almonds, hummus, @crunchmastercrackers, crudite and fresh strawberries. @moetchandon champagne 🥂❤️
I heard from @noogatoday that it's Chattanooga Bur I heard from @noogatoday that it's Chattanooga Burger Week and got excited, but then realized there are no plant based options for a burger lover like me...so I made my own😋 Japanese inspired Burger: impossible meat seasoned with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce, sauteed shiitake, tempura onion rings, wasabi mayo, pickled ginger, microgreens, on a homemade sesame brioche bun topped with miso infused tuile.#chattburgerweek #veganburger #veganchef #plantbased #thefriendlyfeast 😉
